Information Exchange
You will complete and return our questionnaire for your separation agreement, marriage contract or cohabitation agreement.
First Draft
Our family lawyer will email to you the first draft of your agreement. You can provide us with a list of any edits required.
Final Agreement
Once you approve the final agreement, our team will set a date for you to sign the Agreement electronically via Docusign and video call (Google Meets).
Independent Legal Advice
We highly recommend that each party receive independent legal advice on the agreement. Please review this important information.
Signing Agreement
Each party signs the Agreement with their lawyer or witness. Once both parties have signed, the Agreement becomes fully binding and enforceable.
Simple Divorce
